All psychologists have an obligation to ensure they are familiar with, and practise in accordance with the Board’s registration standards, guidelines and code of ethics; these can all be viewed by clicking on the links below. An approved registration standard, code or guideline is admissible in proceedings under the National Law or a law of a co-regulatory jurisdiction (NSW) against a registered psychologist as evidence of what constitutes appropriate professional conduct or practice for the profession.
